CAT System means all data processing equipment, communications facilities, and other facilities, including equipment, utilized by the Company or any third parties acting on the Company’s behalf in connection with operation of the CAT and any related information or relevant systems pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Using the tools provided for in Appendix D, Functionality of the CAT System, each Participant shall develop and implement a surveillance system, or enhance existing surveillance systems, reasonably designed to make use of the consolidated information contained in the Central Repository.

  • The Plan Processor in conjunction with the Operating Committee shall regularly review and, as necessary, update the SLAs, in accordance with the terms of the SLAs.   • CAT Reporting Agent and the CAT Reporter that engaged the CAT Reporting Agent are solely responsible for ensuring that any information or data that CAT Reporting Agent submits to the CAT System is accurate and complete.
