CAT Gatekeeping Procedure definition

CAT Gatekeeping Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 2 of the Amendment Agreement which CAT has carried out in respect of the Target prior to the grant of this Product Licence.
CAT Gatekeeping Procedure. CAT Gatekeeping Procedure shall mean such procedures which prevent any Target from being a Specific Target unless and until CAT can grant to ELAN the licenses contemplated under this Agreement in accordance with those procedures identified in Exhibit 1.10 hereto.
CAT Gatekeeping Procedure means the procedure set out in Schedule 1.48.

  • The Parties will jointly select those Targets which are of interest to them as candidates for the Target Pool, and CAT shall apply the CAT Gatekeeping Procedure.

Related to CAT Gatekeeping Procedure

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
