Casual Fine Dining definition

Casual Fine Dining means a restaurant, with or without a full bar and fabric tablecloths, whose service, cuisine and prices are distinguished on the one hand (a) as being less than “fine dining” restaurants offering the very highest level of cuisine, service and price (“High End Restaurants”), and on the other hand, (b) as being better than nationally recognized chain restaurants offering an average to less-than-average level of cuisine, service and price (“Average Restaurants”). Examples of High End Restaurants include without limitation, Gary Danko, Boulevard, Michael Mina and Quince. Examples of Average Restaurants include, without limitation, Chili’s, Chevy’s, TGI Fridays, and Outback Steak House. Examples of Casual Fine Dining include, without limitation, Il Fornaio, Postino, Bix, Bridges, Prima and Delfina.
