Cash Supplier definition

Cash Supplier means the Agent under contract or agreement with the Customer for replenishment services to ABMs owned or operated by the Customer and connected to TCS's Switch. "Certified ABM" has the meaning attributed to it in Schedule "A" of this Agreement.
Cash Supplier means an Agent under contract or agreement with NET CASH, or a third party Person under contract with NET CASH, which supplies cash to a Contracted ATM.

Examples of Cash Supplier in a sentence

  • It is expressly understood that no other financial institution, including without limitation, any Cash Supplier, can utilize the Cash to satisfy its own reserve requirements.

  • In the event of any Cash shipment discrepancy between such packing slip provided by a Cash Supplier and the contents as counted by Armored Carrier, Armored Carrier shall notify Client and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo in writing immediately of the discrepancy, and Armored Carrier shall provide reasonable assistance to ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo in presenting difference claims.

  • Armored Carrier shall not be liable or responsible for any loss of Cash: (i) due solely to the intentional act or omission of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, its agents, or employees, (ii) that occurs after such Cash has been returned to a Cash Supplier, a Federal Reserve Bank or ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, or (iii) that occurs before such Cash has been delivered to Armored Carrier.

  • Client shall give ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo an order for Cash by the time(s) designated for each ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, Cash Supplier, Federal Reserve or other vault location (each a “▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client shall not be liable to ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo for any loss, theft, or destruction of the Cash to the extent due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, any Cash Supplier or their respective agents or employees.

  • TCS shall collect, for and on behalf of the Customer, all fees, charges and/or other monies payable to the Customer for transactions emanating from ABMs operated by TCS on behalf of the Customer, and/or its Affiliates, and/or the Cash Supplier.

  • Clients are responsible for any and all obligations related to the Cash in the Covered Machines which are imposed upon W▇▇▇▇ Fargo whether by a Cash Supplier, the Federal Reserve Bank or Clients under applicable laws and regulations.

  • As mutually agreed to by the Parties, TCS will: telephone, fax or communicate via electronic mail the Customer's appointed Cash Supplier if the Eligible ABM is low on cash; telephone, fax or communicate via electronic mail the Customer's appointed service organization for other problems identified with the Customer's Eligible ABM.

  • Except as noted in the following sentence, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than weekends or holidays observed by the Federal Reserve Banks or W▇▇▇▇ Fargo, and with respect to each Covered Machine, the Cash Supplier that is making Cash available to such Covered Machine.

  • Clients shall give W▇▇▇▇ Fargo an order for Cash by the time(s) designated for each W▇▇▇▇ Fargo, Cash Supplier, Federal Reserve or other vault location, each a “W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Network Location”).
