Cash Pooling Accounts definition
Cash Pooling Accounts has the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition of “Excluded Accounts.”
Cash Pooling Accounts means (i) the Initial Cash Pooling Accounts and (ii) any other accounts of Cash Pooling Customers from time to time subject to any Cash Pooling Arrangements then in effect, pursuant to the applicable Cash Pooling Documents, and set forth in the corresponding Cash Pooling Details.
Cash Pooling Accounts has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 3 (Transitioning of Bank Accounts);
Examples of Cash Pooling Accounts in a sentence
Upon the commencement of a Dominion Period, each Qualified Obligor shall cause the net aggregate positive cash balance (if any) of all Cash Pooling Accounts maintained by such Qualified Obligor as on such date, as well as any cash which is subsequently deposited into any such Cash Pooling Accounts during any Dominion Period, to be transferred within one Business Day to a Core Concentration Account, as applicable.
Subject to the preceding sentence, each Qualified Obligor shall suspend the operation of all Cash Pooling Accounts maintained by such Qualified Obligor for the duration of any Dominion Period.
