Cash Pool Receivables definition
Cash Pool Receivables means receivables created under any cash pool arrangement with a bank or financial institution (always subject to any prior right under such cash pool arrangement for the benefit of the bank or financial institution as a provider thereof).
Cash Pool Receivables has the meaning given to it in Section 2.5.
Examples of Cash Pool Receivables in a sentence
The final purchase price for the Cash Pool Receivables (the “Final Cash Pool Receivables Purchase Price”) shall equal the Closing Date Cash Pool Balances as of the Effective Date as shown in the Effective Date Financial Statements.
The aggregate of the Final Share Purchase Price and the Final Loan Purchase Price and the Final Cash Pool Receivables Purchase Price is herein referred to as the “Aggregate Final Purchase Price”.
