Cash Performance Unit definition

Cash Performance Unit means a right to receive a Target Amount of cash in the future granted pursuant to Section 10(b).
Cash Performance Unit means a right, granted under Section 5(i), which is intended as of date of grant to be paid in the form of cash, to be based on Company or individual performance measured over an annual or shorter or longer-term performance period.
Cash Performance Unit means a Cash Award with each unit equal to the Fair Market Value of one share of Common Stock on the vesting date as determined pursuant to Section 3.

  • A Cash Performance Unit with respect to which the terms and conditions are set forth in Section 3(c) of this Agreement.
