Cash Out Settlement definition
Cash Out Settlement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.A(9)(ii).
Examples of Cash Out Settlement in a sentence
Company shall include with Supplier’s Monthly statement the volume of any Component that was “over delivered” or “under delivered” during the preceding Month along with a computation of the Cash Out Settlement due Supplier or Company, as applicable with regard to each Component.
Payment of any Cash Out Settlement owed to either of the Parties shall be due no later than ten (10) Days following the date of Company’s statement.
Such payment to Scheme Claimants shall be effected in accordance with Clause 11.3.The Cash Out Settlement Amount to be paid to any Exiting Scheme Claimant accepting the Cash Out Offer will be in full and final settlement of the assignment of the relevant Residual Claim to hfc and (if relevant) DB.
