Cash Grant Application definition
Cash Grant Application means an “Application for Section 1603: Payments for Specified Energy Property in Lieu of Tax Credits” filed by an Owner Lessor with respect to a Cash Grant Project.
Cash Grant Application means any application filed or required to be filed with or otherwise supplied or submitted to the United States Treasury Department for a Cash Grant, including the “Application for Section 1603: Payments for Specified Renewable Energy Property in Lieu of Tax Credits” (or any successor application thereto), together with any exhibits, annexes, schedules, attachments, reports or other documents filed or supplied with such application. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cash Grant Application includes the terms and conditions captioned “Payments for Specified Energy Property in Lieu of Tax Credits under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009: Terms and Conditions,” issued by the United States Treasury Department, as amended or supplemented, which are signed by an applicant and submitted as part of a Cash Grant Application.
Cash Grant Application means, with respect to the Project, any preliminary, final or supplemental application for a Cash Grant filed by the Company, together with any exhibits, schedules, attachments, reports or other documents filed with such application, and any supplemental information and filings and associated required registrations.

Cash Grant Application means an “Application for Section 1603: Payments for Specified Renewable Energy Property in Lieu of Tax Credits” filed by the Company, as an applicant, for the Cash Grant with respect to the Project.
Cash Grant Application means the complete application (including any preliminary or supplemental application) for a Cash Grant described in the Cash Grant Guidance, together with any exhibits, schedules, attachments, reports or other documents filed with such application, and any supplemental information and filings and associated required registrations, all in accordance with Section 5.24 of the Financing Agreement.

Cash Grant Application means any and all materials that must be filed to apply and qualify for a Cash Grant with respect to a Project, including the final application, the “begun construction application,” all supporting materials (including without limitation any cost segregation reports and accountant’s certificates), and any supplemental filings.
