Actual Cash definition

Actual Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Actual Cash means the total cash in the Company Bank Accounts as at the close of the banking day on the Closing Date less the amount of the inter-company loan to be extended from the Purchaser to the Company on the Closing Date, if any.

More Definitions of Actual Cash

Actual Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b)(ii).
Actual Cash means the sum of Celsus cash available at the date of this agreement in actual (unrestricted and restricted) cash in bank and on hand less Unpaid Payables;
