Subscription monies received into an incorrect Cash Collection Account will be returned to the relevant investor within the same timescales.
Subscriptions monies received in respect of a Portfolio in advance of the issue of Shares will be held in the Cash Collection Account in the name of the Portfolio and will be an asset of the relevant Portfolio.
