Cash Burn Rate definition

Cash Burn Rate means eSylvan's total cash requirements (excluding amounts payable pursuant to clause (v) of the definition of Purchaser Losses) in excess of its revenues.
Cash Burn Rate means any cash and cash equivalent expenditures and financial obligations to be repaid in less than one year and customarily classified as selling, general and administrative expenses in the Company’s income statement prepared in conformity with GAAP incurred during a calendar month.
Cash Burn Rate means the aggregate dollar amount used to finance the Company’s operations, but shall exclude such one-time items as (i) any legal fees incurred registering the Underlying Shares and (ii) capital expenditures including, but not limited to, the expenses of opening Clinics.

  • As of the Closing Date, the projected Cash Burn Rate of eSylvan (based on the then most recent budget as adjusted for actions taken subsequent to the date thereof) for the one year period following the Closing Date is not greater than $4,000,000.
