Casework services definition

Casework services means services performed or arranged by a public children services agency, private child placing agency, private noncustodial agency, or public entity with whom the department of job and family services has a Title IV-E subgrant agreement in effect, to manage the progress, provide supervision and protection of the child and the child's parent, guardian, or custodian.
Casework services means the combination of activities whereby agency staff carry out the process of assisting people in reaching and implementing decisions for themselves and their children. This process is carried out within a meaningful professional relationship.
Casework services means services provided through interventions which help individuals or families improve their functioning in society.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, such as transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor's Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc…as the case may require.
