CaseTrust definition
CaseTrust means the scheme for accrediting any corporation (whether incorporated or unincorporated), firm, organisation, association, person or other legal entity engaged in commerce in Singapore, which agrees to adopt and implement this Code and all other requisite terms and conditions of accreditation, through the adoption of acceptable minimum standards stipulated; also refers to any decision made by the CaseTrust Advisory Council.
