Teachers permanently residing within the CASD geographical boundaries and/or those that have their dependents attending CASD on a full time basis are eligible.

If a teacher leaves CASD at the conclusion of one (1) year of service or less, sick leave taken in excess of eight (8) days shall be deducted from the final paycheck(s).
