Cascading definition

Cascading means the uncontrolled successive loss of System Elements triggered by an incident at any location. Cascading results in widespread electric service interruption that cannot be restrained from sequentially spreading beyond an area predetermined by studies.**
Cascading means any installation, de-installation, move or change to a single item of Equipment or a group of Equipment items that causes a requirement for change to another component of the Services, such as to another item of Equipment, Software, support documentation, a procedure in the applicable Policy and Procedures Manual or coordination with one or more Third Parties.
