Cartus definition

Cartus means Cartus Corporation, a Delaware corporation.
Cartus is defined in the preamble.
Cartus shall have the meaning set forth in the preliminary statement to this Indenture.

  • Subsequent references in this Section 10.07(a) to Apple Ridge Services Corporation (“ARSC”), Cartus Corporation (“Cartus”) and Cartus Financial Corporation (“CFC”) below shall mean and be references to such corporations as they existed as of the Issue Date but shall also include references to any limited liability companies which succeed to the assets and liabilities of such companies in connection with a conversion of any such corporation into a limited liability company.

  • In connection with any such Conversion and the resulting change in name of such entity, Cartus, CFC and/or ARSC, as applicable, shall be required to comply with the name change covenants in the Transaction Documents, except that to the extent 30 days prior written notice of the name change is required, such notice period shall be reduced to five Business Days.
