Examples of Cart Service in a sentence

  • The audits shall be scheduled so that Contractor completes audits of twenty‐five percent (25%) of the Cart Service routes each quarter.

  • Contractor shall review each Cart Service account at least once per Rate Year in such a manner that all accounts on a particular route are audited on the same day.

  • Commercial Cart Service Unit shall mean a Commercial Service Unit which Set-outs no more than two (2) Solid Waste Carts per calendar week.

  • Contractor shall Collect from each Commercial Cart Service Unit, one day per week on a Scheduled Collection Day, all Acceptable Solid Waste contained in one (1) or two (2) Solid Waste Cart(s) per Scheduled Collection Day.

  • Additional Recycling Cart Service above the two (2) provided at no cost shall be charged at the extra Recycling Cart rate provided in Exhibit B.

  • In cases where Cart Service is provided to Multi-Family or mobile home park residents, the Contractor will bill and collect Rates for each residential unit separately if requested by the property Owner.

  • The CONTRACTOR may report to the City 674 Representative, on a monthly basis, all Cart Service Recipients who have received Collection 675 Service and whose account is over ninety (90) days past due.

  • The Company shall Collect, Process, Recycle, and Transport Recyclables listed in ATTACHMENT 4 from all Residential Customers, including those Multiple-Family Dwellings that use Cart Service.

  • Cart Service Recipients will provide Company with at least five (5) business day advance notice and the Bulky Waste will be collected on the next scheduled date.

  • If Cart Service is specified by the property Owner, it is the City's intention that it will be provided to all the Multi- Family or mobile home park residents within the complex.
