  • Tenant may, at Tenant’s sole expense, relocate the existing Golf Cart Barn from its current location as shown on Exhibit B of this Lease, to the new location as shown on Exhibit B of this Lease as Parcel 5, but which is not included in the leased premises at the commencement of this Lease (the “Resort Satellite Use Area”, being the same area designated for possible additional Resort parking) or, alternatively, to a different location within the Premises subject to Landlord's review and approval.
