Carry-out restaurant definition

Carry-out restaurant means an establishment whose primary function is the offering of food and beverages which are sold only inside the building and are usually packaged to be carried and consumed off of the premises, but may be consumed within the restaurant building or on the premises.
Carry-out restaurant means a retail business operation to which at least three out of the four following conditions apply: The use is contained in a building having 5,000 or less square feet of gross floor area. The operation is self-service with no waitresses or waiters. Products are serviced in disposable containers for consumption on or off the premises. The majority of menu items are pre-prepared for immediate service.
Carry-out restaurant means a restaurant which prepares food and/or beverages which are packaged and delivered to the patrons or are picked up at the establishment by the customer there is no consumption of food or beverages on the premises by patrons.
