Carrier’s Representative means the individual and his staff appointed by Carrier to represent Carrier’s interest in the Terminals.

Carrier’s Representative means the individual or organization authorized by the Carrier to act on the Carrier's behalf in matters con- cerning Article 4. DEPARTURE CONTROL SYSTEM (DCS) means an automated method of performing check-in, capacity control, load control and dispatch of flights.
