Carrier Technology definition
Carrier Technology means all Technology that is used or held for use in the Carrier Business as of immediately prior to the Effective Time, the Intellectual Property Rights with respect to which are owned by any of the Parties or any member of their respective Groups as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
