carriageway(s) definition
carriageway(s) means that portion of the road right-of-way available for vehicular movement. Included are travelling lanes, medians, parking and other auxiliary lanes. Not included are ditches, sidewalks and other pedestrian areas;
carriageway(s) or “Alleyways” means the areas within Master Common Ares that are paved or intended to be paved or otherwise surfaced for use for vehicular access and maneuvering purposes, pedestrian access and walkway purposes for the benefit of the Owner and Occupants of Units located adjacent to the Carriageways and the invitees of such Owners and Occupants.
