Carpeting. The carpet in your apartment is a flame resistant carpet. However, if a cigarette, cigar, or pipe ash is dropped on it, a burn hole will occur. Burn holes or other damage to your carpet will be charged to you. Please advise the office as soon as possible if any such incident should occur, so that it may be corrected.
