Carpet Underlay definition

Carpet Underlay means scrap polyurethane foam bonded together by various chemicals into a padding material that is placed beneath carpet.
Carpet Underlay means the subset of Flexible Foam Products that are scrap polyurethane foam bonded together by various chemicals into a padding material, and products containing scrap polyurethane foam bonded together by various chemicals into a padding material; and
Carpet Underlay means carpet pad, carpet cushion or carpet underlay that was made in Canada of scrap Flexible Polyurethane Foam bonded together by various chemicals into a padding material.
