Carpentry Contractor definition

Carpentry Contractor or “Contractor” shall mean the Carpentry Contractor that (1) was awarded this Contract; (2) possesses such applicable license(s) or permit(s) as may be required to perform the work in the locality in which the work is to be performed; and (3) manages and operates a carpentry services business.
