  • Upon request, an Employer shall reimburse the employee to the value of the per annum membership of one (1) of the following groups: Day Surgery Special Interest Group (DSSIG) Victorian Peri-operative Nurses’ Group (VPNG) Cosmetic and Reconstructive Nurses Association (CARNA) Victorian Specialist Post Anaesthetic and Anaesthetic Nurses (VSPAAN) Australian Ophthalmology Nurses Association (AONA) Payment shall be made by cheque upon presentation of authorised expense form with proof of membership.

  • If Employees become registered with CARNA later than fourty-five (45) days after notification of eligibility for registration, the retroactive payment is limited to the period between the writing of the examination and receiving eligibility for registration.
