Caribbean Blacks means individuals with origins from Caribbean countries, including, but not limited to, one or more of the following countries: Belize, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Barbados, Grenada, St. Croix, St. Kitts, the Bahamas, and the Dominican Republic.
