cargos definition
cargos means CPECC's Equipment, Materials and Plant, including but not limited to: instrumentations, apparatus, machinery, vehicles, tools, consumer materials、foodstuff and other things, or any of them as appropriate. ‘Subcontractor’ means the person(s) named as such in the Subcontract Agreement who signed the Subcontract with Contractor and the legal successors in title to this person. ‘Subcontractor’s equipment’ means all equipment, plant, vehicle, trucks, trailer, container, crane, tools or things by or on behalf of the Subcontractor for carrying out the Subcontract Work but not for permanent incorporation in the Subcontract Work.
