Cargoes definition

Cargoes means products listed in Table N19.1 carried in bulk by ships subject to the requirements in this Part.
Cargoes means those volumes of Crude Oil or Refined Product that are the subject of a transaction to which the Agreement applies.
Cargoes means any bulk cargoes for which the Vessels are designed and configured to safely transport, provided that the Vessels shall not be required to carry any material not permitted under the insurance protection provided pursuant to Section 16 of this Time Charter.

Examples of Cargoes in a sentence

  • Should unscheduled downtime not caused by an event of Force Majeure exceed [REDACTED], Buyer is entitled to request the rescheduling of future Cargoes.

  • The provisions of Schedule 4 shall apply with respect to the loading of any Diverted Cargoes scheduled for delivery in an FOB ADP or FOB Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, including (for the avoidance of doubt) the nomination of the LNG Tanker for loading of the Diverted Cargo.

  • The Parties agree to take reasonable actions in order to minimize any losses to Buyer for Cargoes already committed to prior to any such unscheduled downtime at the Refinery not caused by an event of Force Majeure.

  • For sake of clarity, Buyer’s Tentative Requirements Schedule/Buyer’s Requirements Schedule for Month M are the plans for Supply of Cargoes in Month M, whereas the Predicted Refinery Slate/Actual Refinery Slate for Month M (both as defined in Clause 9) are the plans for the number of Barrels of any Grade to be Delivered in that Month.

  • The volumes of each Cargo Delivered to the Refinery will be known as the “Cargo Bank Withdrawal”, and determination of which Cargo within a Grade has been Delivered will be determined following a FIFO principle based on Supply dates of Cargoes of that Grade.

  • All parties making up a User for any particular Vessel or Cargoes agree, jointly and severally, to pay all charges specified in this Tariff and in the Fee Schedule and to be governed by the rules and regulations appearing in this Tariff and the Fee Schedule.

  • For purposes of assessing Wharfage Fees, Cargoes will be classified and assessed as provided in the Fee Schedule.

  • The Parties agree that the arrangements described in this Appendix 13 may be amended further for future Saudi Cargoes.

Related to Cargoes

  • Cargo means cargoes of any description;

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • The Vessel means the vessel named in Box 5 and with particulars as stated in Boxes 6 to 12.

  • Unloaded means, with respect to a firearm employing a percussion cap, flintlock, or other obsolete ignition system, when the weapon is uncapped or when the priming charge is removed from the pan.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
