Cargo Vans or “Containers” shall mean a single rigid nondisposable, intermodal dry cargo, insulated, refrigerated, flat, liquid tank or open-top container, demountable, having not less than 6.37 cubic meters capacity, certified and marked in accordance with international regulatory conventions, furnished or approved by an ocean carrier specifically and primarily for the ongoing transport of merchandise aboard its vessels.
