Cargo Booking Application definition
Cargo Booking Application means a request received from the Client, in the standard form, to Outturn a Consignment from the Facility. Booking Fee has the meaning specified in Annexure B. Claim means any claim, demand, action, suit, proceeding, judgment, order, decree, damages, cost, loss or expense.
