CARETAKER UNIT definition
CARETAKER UNIT means a dwelling used for the accommodation of a person employed as a caretaker, janitor, manager, watchman, security guard or superintendent by an industrial or commercial use operating on the site.
CARETAKER UNIT means a Dwelling Unit on the Lands that may be occupied by an owner, operator, manager, or caretaker providing on-site services.
CARETAKER UNIT means a portion of a principal structure or an accessory building thereto, which por- tion has a separate kitchen, separate bathroom, a separate entrance, a floor area of less than one-half (1/2) the floor area of the principal dwelling unit square feet, and which is occupied primarily by a person or persons who are employed to care for, repair and maintain the principal dwelling unit.
