Career seniority definition

Career seniority means the number of years or months that a civil servant, official or employee has accumulated, as a civil servant, official or employee, under this Act; “Civil Service” means the Civil Service of the Government of Southern Sudan established in accordance with Article 141 of the Constitution and shall include: the Government civil service, Government Commissions, and other Government public institutions and corporations; but shall exclude ministers, presidential advisers, commissioners, the legislature, the judiciary, legal counsels of the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Constitutional Development, the Sudan People’s Liberation Army (SPLA), the Government police and other disciplined forces, and the state and local government services except as set forth in this Act;
