Care Package definition

Care Package means an arrangement for providing care for a person;”;
Care Package means a package of Nursing Care and/or Personal Care;

Examples of Care Package in a sentence

  • The Board will continue its share of payment for the Health Care Package to provide one (1) complete month of coverage following the month earnings are exhausted.

  • Every Home Care Package, including those being self-managed will require some level of care management.

  • Just Home Care Packages may terminate your Home Care Package if: • You cannot be cared for in the community with the resources available to Just Home Care Packages.

  • This Agreement sets out how Just Home Care Packages will manage your Home Care Package on your behalf.
