If authorisation is granted, the authorisation number given by Cardlink to the Merchant must be written in the space provided on the Sales Voucher Form.

None of the Cardlink Stockholders is a resident or citizen of the United States and each Cardlink Stockholder resides at the address set forth opposite its name on the signature pages attached hereto.
