Cardholder Fees definition

Cardholder Fees means, with respect to any Account, any fees --------------- specified in the Cardholder Agreement applicable to such Account, including without limitation, annual fees, over limit charges, late charges, returned check fees, and reinstatement charges.
Cardholder Fees means the Cardholder Fees as set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement.
Cardholder Fees means those fees set out in clause 7.3 of this Card Agreement.

Examples of Cardholder Fees in a sentence

  • See the Fees section at clause 7.3 above which details the Cardholder Fees.

  • You are still responsible for all Network Transactions and associated Cardholder Fees that are generated from the use of your Card.

  • The amount available on your Card will be reduced by the amount of your Network Transactions, plus applicable Cardholder Fees.

  • Thus, by way of example, Cardholder Fees includes late fees, NSF fees, document fees and internet payment fees.


More Definitions of Cardholder Fees

Cardholder Fees means any and all fees that may be levied against a Cardholder by the Bank as set forth in the applicable Statement of Work and in the applicable Cardholder Agreement;
Cardholder Fees means all fees and charges assessed by Bank to a Cardholder with respect to an Account or a Credit Card other than those charged for Protection Programs, Bank Enhancement Marketing Services, and pay-by-phone fees. Thus, by way of example, Cardholder Fees includes late fees, NSF fees, document fees and internet payment fees. For clarity, Cardholder Fees does not include amounts charged to a Cardholder for Purchases or amounts charged to Cardholder for Stage Recurring Billing Programs. By way of clarity, other than pay-by-phone fees, those fees and charges assessed by Bank to Cardholders are not excluded from the definition of Cardholder Fees or Ancillary Income because, for internal accounting purposes, Bank accounts for them as off-sets to expenses.
Cardholder Fees means the fees and service charges assessed for use of the Card and for participation in a Card Program.
Cardholder Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 6.1.
