Cardholder Data Environment definition

Cardholder Data Environment or “CDE” - is the people, processes, and technology that store, process, or transmit Cardholder Information.
Cardholder Data Environment means NEIMAN MARCUS’s technologies that store, process, or transmit payment card authentication data, consistent with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”).
