Cardholder Data (CHD) definition

Cardholder Data (CHD) means any personally-identifiable data associated with a cardholder’s payment that is processed, stored, or transmitted by the Service Provider on behalf of Clemson. Examples include but are not limited to: primary account number, expiration date, card type, name, address, social security number, and card validation code.
Cardholder Data (CHD) means, at a minimum, cardholder data consists of the full Primary Account Number (PAN). Cardholder data may also appear in the form of the full PAN plus any of the following: cardholder name, expiration date and/or service code. See Sensitive Authentication Data for additional data elements that might be transmitted or processed (but not stored) as part of a payment transaction.

  • Cardholder means any person to whom a Card is issued by the Bank.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Cardholder Information means any non-public, sensitive information about a Cardholder, including any combination of Cardholder name plus the Cardholder’s social security number, driver’s license or other identification number or credit or debit card number, or other bank account number.
