carded umpire means the umpire is a current member of BCBUA. An umpire who is not a member of BCBUA. will be referred to as a “staff” umpire.
carded means that to a particular pilot or particular aircraft, there has been issued a qualification card by one of the following: California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF), U.S. Forest Service (USFS), Department of Justice (DOJ), or the Department of the Interior's Office of Aircraft Services (OAS). The issued cards indicate the type of mission that the pilot or aircraft has been authorized to conduct for these agencies.

  • Recycled means recovered wood that prior to being supplied to the Authority had an end use as a standalone object or as part of a structure. The term "recycled" is used to cover the following categories: pre-consumer recycled wood and wood fibre or industrial by products but excluding sawmill co-products (sawmill co-products are deemed to fall within the category of virgin timber), post-consumer recycled wood and wood fibre, and drift wood. It also covers reclaimed timber which was abandoned or confiscated at least ten years previously. Documentary evidence and independent verification also apply to recycled materials, but will focus on the use to which the timber was previously put rather than the forest source.

  • Recyclable means material that can be sorted, cleansed, and reconstituted using the City’s available recycling collection programs for the purpose of using the altered form in the manufacture of a new product. Recycling does not include burning, incinerating, converting, or otherwise thermally destroying solid waste.

  • Catered means food or refreshments that are purchased ready to consume which are delivered by any means.

  • Labeled or "Labeling" means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon: (i) Product or any container or wrapper utilized with Product or (ii) any written material accompanying Product.

  • Passenger compartment means the space for occupant accommodation, bounded by the roof, floor, side walls, doors, outside glazing and front bulkhead and the plane of the rear compartment bulkhead or the plane of the rear-seat back support.
