If you fail to notify us promptly or you are grossly negligent or fraudulent in the handling of your Card, you could lose all the value available on your Card Record.
Such credits may not be available on your Card Record for 3 to 7 business days.
You may use your Card to purchase or lease goods or services at participating merchants or service providers in the United States as long as you do not exceed the balance of funds available on your Card Record.
