Card Programs definition

Card Programs means (i) purchasing card programs established to enable the Borrower or any Subsidiary to purchase goods and supplies from vendors and (ii) any travel and entertainment card program established to enable the Borrower or any Subsidiary to make payments for expenses incurred related to travel and entertainment.
Card Programs. (i) purchasing card programs offered by any Lender or any affiliate of a Lender established to enable the Borrower or any Subsidiary to purchase goods and supplies from vendors and (ii) any travel and entertainment card program offered by any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender established to enable the Borrower or any Subsidiary to make payments for expenses incurred related to travel and entertainment.

More Definitions of Card Programs

Card Programs means (a) purchasing card programs established to enable headquarters and field staff of each Loan Party or any Domestic Subsidiary to purchase goods and supplies from vendors and (b) any travel and entertainment card program established to enable headquarters and field staff of each Loan Party or any Domestic Subsidiary to make payments for expenses incurred related to travel and entertainment; provided that (i) the aggregate amount of outstanding obligations at any time under all such Card Programs that is secured hereunder does not exceed $5,000,000 and (ii) any such Card Program is (x) is in effect on the Effective Date with an institution that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender as of the Effective Date or (y) is established after the Effective Date with an institution that is a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time such Card Programs is established.
Card Programs means (i) purchasing card programs established to enable the Issuer or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to purchase goods and supplies from vendors and (ii) any travel and entertainment card program established to enable the Issuer or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to make payments for expenses incurred related to travel and entertainment.

Related to Card Programs

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Borrower or for the benefit of any Borrower, in each case with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor with respect to sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases, including, but not limited to, the agreements set forth on Schedule 5.21(b) hereto.

  • Credit Card Agreement means, with respect to a revolving credit card account, the agreements between an Account Owner and the Obligor governing the terms and conditions of such account, as such agreements may be amended, modified or otherwise changed from time to time and as distributed (including any amendments and revisions thereto) to holders of such account.

  • Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.

  • Card means the Visa credit card and any duplicates, renewals, or substitutions the Credit Union issues to you; "account" means your Visa credit card line-of-credit account with the Credit Union; and "Credit Union" means the Credit Union whose name appears on this Agreement or anyone to whom the Credit Union transfers this Agreement.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Educational data means data maintained by the school district which relates to a student.

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • Formulary means a list of covered prescription drugs provided under this plan. The formulary includes generic, preferred brand name, non-preferred brand name, and specialty prescription drugs.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.
