Card Processing Agreement definition

Card Processing Agreement means the 'Commercial Entity Agreement' that commercial entities are required to enter into directly with PayPal’s payment processor(s).
Card Processing Agreement means that certain Agreement, having an effective date of May 6, 1999, between Card Processor and Midwest Express Airlines, as such Agreement exists on the Closing Date.
