Card Package definition

Card Package means the card package that is described in Section 4.2 of this Statement of Work.
Card Package means a packet that generally includes a Card in a Card carrier, an explanation of the services available to the Cardholder; an activation label with the IVR number that the Cardholder can call to activate the Card; additional disclosures including but not limited to the current version of the Cardholder Agreement; and the fees and charges that apply to use of the Card, as may be amended from time to time.

  • CLIENT, with FiCentive’s assistance, if requested, shall design the CLIENT Card and Card Package, including any Card mailers, promotional inserts and Card mailing envelopes (the “Related Mailing Pieces”) for mailing the CLIENT Cards to Cardholders.

Related to Card Package

  • Cardholder(s) persons authorized to use Association or Network branded cards.

  • Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
