Card Cheque definition

Card Cheque means a banker’s cheque issued by RAKBANK, itself or as Mobile Services.
Card Cheque means a banker’s cheque issued by Bank to Cardholder/s by debiting the Card Account and payable at Bank’s discretion to any other person/entity/the Cardholder may request.

Examples of Card Cheque in a sentence

  • SRS payments can be made by QParent/BPOINT, BPAY, EFTPOS (Credit/Debit Card), Cheque, Cash, Centrepay.

  • You will however remain fully responsible for all Debt incurred in connection with an unauthorized use if a Cardholder voluntarily discloses their PIN or other security code or otherwise contributes to the unauthorized or fraudulent use of a Card or access to the Account, or you or the Cardholder fails to tell us in a reasonable time that a Card or Credit Card Cheque has been lost or stolen or that you believe someone else may know a Cardholder’s PIN or other security code.

  • This Agreement applies to each Card, Account and Credit Card Cheque.

  • Upon entering this Agreement, you must choose to pay by Credit Card, Cheque Card or Instant EFT.

  • For credit card accounts, annual fee(s) billed after September 1st, 2013, dishonoured payment fee, dishonoured Scotia Credit Card Cheque fee and overlimit fee are subject to the prevailing interest rate applicable to purchases and would be grouped with transactions subject to the same rate when payments are applied in excess of your minimum payment.

  • There is no fee if a Credit Card Cheque is used at the standard Cash Advance Interest Rate or Introductory Interest Rate.

  • If a Card, Cheque, PIN or Password is lost or stolen, or suspected to be lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately by calling our toll-free number at 1-888-ATB-5678.

  • Annual fee(s) billed after September 1st, 2013, dishonoured payment fee, dishonoured Scotia Credit Card Cheque fee and overlimit fee are treated as purchases.

  • Promotional Rate Fee: If a Cardholder takes advantage of a Promotional Interest Rate offer during the promotional period by writing a Credit Card Cheque or making a balance transfer through our online banking service or by calling 1-800 ROYAL® 1-2 (▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇), a fee representing up to 3% of the Credit Card Cheque or balance transfer amount will be charged to the Account.

  • Credit Card Cheque or balance transfer amount form be charged to machine Account.
