CARD ASSETS means all of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ rights, title, interest, privileges and obligations in and to the Cards, Card Accounts, Cardholder Agreements and Cardholder Lists. "CARD ASSOCIATION" means either or both of Visa and/or MasterCard, as applicable. "CARD CRITERIA" means the criteria used to determine the circumstances under which Merrick may close or terminate a Card or Card Account, as set forth on the attached EXHIBIT 1.1-1. "CARD SERVICING TERMS" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2b. "CARD TERMS" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
