Car Sharing Scheme definition

Car Sharing Scheme means a scheme for encouraging higher occupancy of vehicles travelling to and from the Airport by enabling employees to travel to and from the Airport in the same car instead of in separate cars, such scheme to feed into both the Kent and East Sussex existing car sharing databases to identify any opportunities outside Airport employees;
Car Sharing Scheme means a commitment to: (i) establish and promote use of a car sharing scheme; (ii) provide preferential car parking for car sharers; (iii) provide a system underwritten by the occupier of the Site which will allow a car sharer to have a guaranteed lift/taxi home at times of emergency should the person who otherwise would be his driver be unavailable for whatever reason.

  • Planning Scheme means a scheme developed in accordance with section 6 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

  • Car sharing start time means the time when the shared vehicle becomes subject to the control of the shared vehicle driver at or after the time the reservation of a shared vehicle is scheduled to begin as documented in the records of a peer–to–peer car sharing program.

  • Car sharing period means the period of time that commences

  • The Vetting and Barring Scheme means the scheme set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.

  • Job Sharing means the sharing by two or more persons of a position.
