Examples of Capture Account in a sentence

  • So long as no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, amounts in the Capture Account will be deposited into AMRESCO's operating account at Bank of America as designated in writing from time to time by AMRESCO to the Lockbox Agent (provided that at the direction of Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, the Lockbox Agent shall disburse funds from the Capture Account to Administrative Agent for application to pay any amounts then due on any of the Credit Facilities).

  • Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of a Default or Event of Default, all amounts in the Capture Account shall be disbursed to and applied by Lockbox Agent and Administrative Agent to reduce the outstanding Obligations as provided herein and to be paid in accordance with Section 9.
