Captive User(s) definition
Captive User(s) means the end user of the electricity generated in a Captive Generating Plant and the term “Captive Use” shall be construed accordingly;
Captive User(s) having supply agreement with ESCOM, shall, in addition to applicable demand charges, pay to the ESCOM [where such consumer is situated] as per the applicable tariff for the quantum of energy drawn from the grid in excess of the energy contracted for wheeling from the Company,
Captive User(s) shall have the meaning assigned to the user mentioned under clause 1.2 of this agreement.
