Captive Cargo definition

Captive Cargo means cargo handled by a Port Dependent Industry at a Facility for its own use;
Captive Cargo means the raw material or finished products of fertilizer for Captive Use as permissible under the Captive use policy of the Government of India.
Captive Cargo means cargo, which are meant for the exclusive use of the port promoter;
